To a point, yes. There will be those that balance compensation with quality of life and decide that the cost/benefit of going to an airline is worthwhile.

The biggest obstacle I see to that are bizav pilots who are interested getting selected to interview, given the huge pool of 121 regional captains (and FOs) that are in the applicant pool.

Consequently, is the corporate pay going to be pressured up?
Quite possibly, nothing gets attention like pilot attrition (at least, in places that aren't already a revolving door).
