One thing you have to consider is in most of these large corporate jets, both guys up front are typed, captain qualified, and paid at the captain rates. Fractionals are different, but most large companies are flying with co-captains so the FO pay doesn't come into play.
This is correct. Genrally if your capable of being a captain you get a line check, 4 bars and swap seats every other leg. It's a good way to build PIC jet time. In Cali captain salaries on mid size corporate jets average in the 120s but with no union or number it's the have and have nots. Great for the bright eyes bushy tailed newb but with the average job lasting 5ish years it gets old.
