If you can't get what you want, hop on a SPACE A flight to Korea and knock one out, there's about a dozen ME's with an FAA certificate in the Seoul area. Specifically at Ansan medical center. His name is Dr. Kwak (I'm sure he's still there). I got a 1st class from him back in 2008 while I was stationed there. PM me for more details if needed. Space A flights to Osan are very common from Kadena.

Just go to the aero club as mentioned above. The guy running it (if he's still there) is a younger guy and is very knowledgeable and helpful. I took a SPACE A flight to Okinawa from Korea to do my Instrument ticket because the only FAA DE in the entire pacific was at Kadena. Pretty good experience.
