Who cares! We know the 200s are going away and we sealed the deal with NO! There are so many people in this place so sick of mis-management in this place they will not be willing to jumpship to skywest. They are already exploring options for less pay, more QoL. A lot are looking foreign, cargo, back to flight instructing, or majors. I for one will NOT be taking any paycut to put up with this pie-hole.

So if we don't get 175s, screw em! Try to staff those 400 shiny RJs with little transfer from XJT.

I'm tired of doing other people's job.
