Eagle pilots already gave management concessions while in bankruptcy, and now you have them coming back for more while the mainline carriers are all making record profits(and paying out record salaries and bonuses to management)! "Embarrassment" should only come about to anyone even considering voting yes to anymore degradation being suggested by management!

It's a
job we're not changing the world by flying point A to point B, I hate to burst your bubble. There is absolutely nothing to be proud of. My goal is to escape this job and move on to a career ASAP. This deal provides a better opportunity to upgrade than I have today and a safety net in case I never get called by any other career airline.
I don't want to make a career here, I am not going to endure a garbage situation for the good of an industry I truly don't care about. I go to work, I complete my job as safely as I'm able, and I go home. If I have a decent crew I make the best of my 4 days, but I work to live, not live to work.
It's clear your priorities are different than mine, and I respect that. No amount if anger or vitriol on an online forum is going to change my mind. If anyone comes up with a no scenario that benefits me and is legitimate id be more than happy to change my mind, that's why I discuss this garbage once per trip with whoever I fly with.
I'm anxious to see what the majority decided on the 28th, I do believe it will be voted down.
