Pagey I apologize for blasting you guys, I was an angry internet warrior. I realized these decisions can't be made with a one size fits all approach and that what people decide for their families is no business of mine. In the end this is a job, not some cause to crusade for like a lot on these boards advocate. So again, I apologize.

80kts, I don't really regret turning that job down. I have heard very few success stories of guys making lateral moves. The only part of compass I really regret not being part of is how happy their people seemed to be in relation to what I've experienced at Eagle.
