80kts, I don't really regret turning that job down. I have heard very few success stories of guys making lateral moves. The only part of compass I really regret not being part of is how happy their people seemed to be in relation to what I've experienced at Eagle.
Were you the pilot who also said part of the decision to not go to Compass was the lack of pay during training? It would seem you are only worried about pay, because you are desperate to move on. You could have a better Qol as a high school gym teacher make what you make now, and in most states a constitutionally protected pension. The main difference between mainline and regional flying is pay and ego. So if it really isn’t pay then you’re buying flow to help your personal pride out. In my experience most people who aren’t concerned with pay in the sub 6 figure range have had someone else provide that luxury for them. People who put their own blood, sweat, tears & money in their job don’t want mgmt to stroll in every 3 years and take a dump on them. What’s to keep them for coming back next year for more flow and more cuts? Would you accept 3 & 10 caps for more flow 2 & 8? Where is your line in the sand if the company hasn’t crossed it?

BTW, does the current contract have an anti up clause since their so profitable now? Wouldn’t you lose that if it was there?
