I would think it would be good to get everyone back before peak.
Once they get the 18 back in the April 20 class, there will be about 10 still furloughed.

I am still not in a position to qualify for a position with you guys but I was just curious as to how obtainable is the MIA base and what year is the most junior FO, as well as what is your projected retirement rate in the next 5 years?

I hope things turn around for you all
Most junior right now are SDF (domestic) and ONT and a few at MIA. ANC is slightly more senior now.

About 40-70 retirements per year for the next 5 years. It picks up after that. I would not expect any hiring other than for attrition.

UPS is in contract negotiations with the pilots now.

The pay is good, but most would be better off getting hired where there is upward mobility e.g. AA, Delta.
