Flying will go back to mainline whether we vote this in or not. Economics do not support the current regional model anymore and it has absolutely nothing to do with how we vote. Do you honestly think pilot contracts influence business plans? We are a tiny part of a profit and loss statement.

AAG management will be forced to come back to that table in a few years to attract new hires if we vote this in. If we don't they'll just shift flying to a company like PSA over time and improve their contract to attract new hires. It's economics, that's how it works.
Trades ?

Ahh, no you're voting for PROMISES, not trades. Consider the source too.

Jeez, you've been in the industry a few years (at most) and at the regional F/O level and you're telling everyone "how it works" ?

You're in WAY over your head and those that far in usually drown in frustration and sorrow. If this passes, I'd freshen up your non-aviation quals if I were you.
