Agreed, highly unlikely. However, the Company MUST do something to attract pilots. We've given them some ideas of how to do it... we'll just have to wait and see what they decide.

As for bypass pay, the Company firmly believes it's one-for-one. The language for bypass pay reads:

The Company's logic is that "a" is defined as "used with units of measurement to mean one such unit." They argue that it if bypass pay were to apply to all pilots senior to one such junior pilot in a higher paying status, the language should read "Any/All/Every pilot will be pay protected when a junior pilot..."
