How do you know? In 1995 there were several of us hired at NWA in the 25-26 year old range. The 2 junior guys in my class were 25 and had over 5000TT, between 1000-1500 turbine PIC and the 4 year degree. I just flew with a 2010 hire at Delta that was 29. Hired at 25 with 6000 hours or so.
