Just keep in mind that the money losing CPAs that ASA/XJT operate under were negotiated by Skywest. The cost structures are the same except for whatever has been saved in the merger. They can save more and actually make a profit with those CPAs with a merger of all three while keeping a good percentage of the flying or they can forfeit that revenue and let it go somewhere else.
