Fwiw and I don't know the difference for new hires but looking at my paycheck they take out:
-$54 for life insurance (my choice),
-$266 medical for family of 4,
-$40 for dental,
-$80 for FSA,
-$12 for insurance (dumb choice)

Total of $452.

In these categories the chance of you getting a GS are as follows:
ATL717B: 1 GS for every 2 pilots in Feb
ATLM88B: 1 GS for every .9 pilots (610 GS for 549 pilots)
ATL73NB: 1 GS for every 2.4 pilots
NYCM88B: 1 GS for every 3.7 pilots
NYC73NB: 1 GS for every 0.6 pilots (166 GS for 105 pilots)
NYC7ERB: 1 GS for every 4.8 pilots (93 GS for 445 pilots)

Remember GS's are tricky, they offer GSs a lot on weekends for instance, who is off on weekends? Senior guys. So you could be awarded 0 GS and see someone on GS #4 but that's because you work every weekend and they don't. YMMV.

With the ALVs for the month of April with new hire gross pay:
ATL717B: $4901
ATLM88B: $5388
ATL73NB: $5746
NYCM88B: $5622
NYC73NB: $5828
NYC7ERB: $5773

That obviously would not stay consistent, ALVs fluctuate to an average.

Random numbers but hope that helps.
