If you get MIA then yes. However I can't imagine anyone basing their decision on that. Pads in ATL are a couple hundred a month if you are on a really tight budget. A couple hundred buck difference one time in your career is so far below the margin of error, even on an otherwise tight budget, it shouldn't even factor. Plus I'm not sure you will be able to know for sure where the training will be at the time you commit to it anyway. I'd suspect the closest you could get might be a "probably at this time" qualifier, but you would still very likely get either at the last minute regardless.
