You won't pay until you are off probation. That happens at the one year point, or upon completion of 400 block hours including OE. The day you hit that 400th hour (if inside your first year, which is very easy to do if you don't switch equipment especially on a narrowbody) you will start paying dues by 7am the next day. They are on it, big time.
