NVUS and Slats are known trolls, but even they need to research before they spew. Thanks to USAPA, a federal judge recently declared that if a union shop merges with a non union shop, Allegheny-Mohawk and McCaskill-Bond do not apply because the non union shop has no "bargaining agent". So if ASA AND SkyWest are merged while SKW is still non union, it's almost certain they would lose their seniority unless they voted in ALPA. They're banking ALPA gets voted out in such a merger, but that's a fantasy. So bring it on Slats and NVUS, I'll be nice to you when you're my FO.
