Well there are 11,655 pilots and the most junior ATL Fifi pilot is 11,602. So hopefully not long at all.
As to bases:

CVG: 737, M88/90 (250 pilots)
DTW: 747, 777, 330, 7ER, 73N, 320, 717 (1800 pilots)
