As it is, SkyWest is JAs family business, from the beginning when no one would take it off their hands for free, to what they've built it into today. They sure as heck aren't letting a unionized pilot group dictate how they run their business. Maybe you can all hopefully outlive JA and the next guy won't be as sentimental. Good luck!
