That lady at the beginning of the interview reminds me of a crappy joke.....but it fits. Two retired ladies are sitting at the country club in West Palm having lunch. Ethel turns to Gertrude and says "Every day we eat here and the food is terrible!"......Gertrude replies "Yes, and in such small portions!". We will continue to serve that woman who said "never again"......
