I know a guy - 2600 TT, 1000 fighter, dad's a well liked w/b CA, several w/b CA recommendations to include former CP's and CKA, job fair/face to face box checked and he hasn't heard 'boo'.

And guys have gotten hired who havn't known anyone (congrats to them!).

So what's the magic solution??????
