Well I think the theory here is that premium pay would be more available to more pilots, thereby giving incentive them to fly more... thereby requiring fewer bodies on property. There WILL be whoring. It is inevitable. I still think it will not be as noticeable as it would have been 6 months or a year ago because of the hiring and movement, but it will happen.
