In addition, just because you are against "1.5 over 80", what gives you the right to limit the amount someone can make IF HE OR SHE WISHES TO FLY AND EARN MORE? Every person has a reason, be it kids approaching/ in college, new car, medical bills, taking care of family members, mx on the house, savings, etc.

If we had 1.5/80 what do you think will happen to your ability to go over 80? Right now under greenslip rules there is a little equity in the assignment of greenslips.....it's not all seniority. What do you think will happen with 1.5 over 80, when all of the senior pilots are picking up flying under normal white slip rules? And there are all kinds of ways around the pick up limit. In addition to being a job killer, I think you would find if you are not senior enough to get a greenslip you won't be senior enough to go above 80 hours.
