DELTA from 18DEC14 to 04JAN15 is introducing Christmas/New Year season-only service on New York JFK – Honolulu route, on board Boeing 767-300ER aircraft. Service operates mainly on daily basis, except 24DEC14, 25DEC14 and 31DEC14.

This is good news over all. And exactly part of the stratedgy I was hoping we would implement. This is a gut punch to HI and JB and their little partnership. However we are barely dipping a toe in compared to what we need to do with it being seasonal. The only good part about the great ER purge we've been seeing that's almost completely unwound the great 07-08 all points east build up is the freed up lift in a very flexibile airframe.
