I'm sure it gets entered into the cost matrix. My only point is we shouldn't have a system where some bases get benefits like that where others don't. I'm not advocating taking it away from anyone, and that wouldn't be legally possible anyway. But we need to insist on equal protection for equal work. You shouldn't get worse benefits to take care of a sick or dying loved one because you are in the wrong base when it happens.
