I was told by a recruiter that bases are by seniority and I understand that fully but he also said new hires are sent north and it could take up to 2 years to see a southern domicile. They have a hard enough time keeping anyone on property....I think someone could hold FLL in 2 months if they wanted to.
You're going to come up north to help the IAD system at first then you can go anywhere as others quit for better pastures.
