You're convoluted post with replies within my quotes make individual responses difficult, if not impossible. I could use yet another color, but that would get ridiculous. Most of your replies are personal opinion and not grounded by the facts. If you want replies, don't use that method of response. I'll sum your entire post of responses with one of your statements;

Well, Nicolau was an arbitrator who ruled and yet USAPA doesn't agree with your statement, yet you claim that standard NOW has validity when it suits you and USAPA's interests. Sorry, but I can't buy your arguments and considering your past misrepresentation, your credibility either. Nothing personal though, otherwise I'd christen you something else.
