Delta has min, max, and normal too, but those ranges vary depending upon the ALV (min is the bottom half of the LCW, max is the top half, and normal is the entire range). The problem is that Delta is allowed to cut off min or max credit awards in a category as necessary to get within an hour of the published ALV.

Personally, I find it effective to go after certain lengths of trips throughout the month to hit a target amount of work, and to alter my schedule as needed after the fact in PCS and the Swap Board.
