Well, it's especially not worth the effort as his arguments are redundant and straw man in foundation. It's as if he's throwing mud on the wall making up new stuff as he goes along in the hope some of it will stick (actually, I think he's trying to convince himself most of all, but shhhh..............let's keep that to ourselves ).

Certainly nothing I say is going to change the mind of a Usapian and why should it ?

After all, arbitrators can't change their minds, federal judges can't change their minds, managements can't change their minds, other unions can't change their minds, some of their OWN pilots can't change their minds (reference some of the disgruntled 3rd listers here) and so why should I ?
