Huron, I think you're manufacturing a problem that doesn't exist. I would guess that I know well over 100 pilots who are reservists, and I know of only one or two who I think are gaming the system.
The rest drop a little here or there but it's usually because the unit has something for them to do.
You might know one or two guys who are abusing the system and think that we all are and that's simply not the case.
