There really is no trust between management and the pilots and there honestly shouldn't be considering all the stuff that has gone on since AMR declared bankruptcy. Actually, it DOES matter. Just as PSA signing their concessionary agreement for new aircraft mattered.
It's unfortunate that management has worn you down to this point of indifference.
