USAPA hasn't "wronged me"........at least yet. It seems you already have closed your mind about me and so I doubt I could change your mind about anything even if I wanted to.

There are THREE separate seniority lists at US Airways ? No, I didn't know that. You're describing an order of arrangement though, not three separate lists, so perhaps someone else can confirm this. The Nicolau list is one list from my understanding, but that is NOT in use, nor is it recognized by USAPA your present bargaining agent. Thus, you presently have a list of West pilots and.................well, I don't what you're saying about the East list, again that it is TWO lists ?
This is more confusing to me then revealing.

I understand that, but I can't make the justification of someone claiming they not a part of any of this, yet defending USAPA at virtually every opportunity against both West pilots regarding Nicolau and against a dopey AA flow-thru regarding their identical conduct with the MOU and this SLI. As far as "getting this finished", I'm afraid as long as USAPA remains in the equation as your recognized bargaining agent, you can expect a slow go, which is one of my frequent points exactly.

Jesus. Why not wait for a response before deciding what I'll say ? This isn't about me attacking third listers, so don't take this personally. This is about me evaluating the credibility of someone (one person) who spends 95% of his time debating and even arguing with West pilots and said dopey flow-thru DEFENDING USAPA while saying "I'm not an East pilot" as though he were a Delta or Republic pilot. Nothing more, nothing less. If you want to give him credibility, that's fine, but I'm not. He's obviously a fervent supporter of the organization you supposedly hate, so that would be confusing to me though.

Again, USAPA hasn't "hurt" me...........at least YET. That's simply your perception. I'm critical of them because of their actions and tactics which I find to be undefendable. The discussions on this forum about USAPA involve those who rationalize or defend what they do and those that do not. Obviously, I'm in the latter category, but that doesn't necessarily equate with harm. However, in this instance they ARE indeed harming the integration process and as one directly affected, I have the right to voice my opinions on the matter. It seems some believe that anyone who finds fault with USAPA is improperly "grinding an ax". I disagree. I really don't know what else to tell you.
