Anyway back to what my main question was... Anyone done the phone interview and do they take part timers?
The phone interview is usually done by Empire HR and chief pilot- mainly get to know you, tell me about a time, why are you interested in Ohana etc. Do as much homework as you can on operations and Empire as a company to show your interest. Nothing very technical, that's saved for the regular interview.
I have not heard of any part-time pilot positions there.
