I'd prefer long sleeve, but then you're the only one and it becomes noticeable. But I think it's more professional. But I don't have one because the quality of the sleeves is pretty poor. I get cold. I'm not like the boys in my neighborhood who rock the short sleeve shirts and shorts in 18 degree windy weather day while standing next to girls in jeans, sweaters with jackets, scarfs, ear muffs, gloves and a cap.
Those boys look sooooo tough.
I think we should wear the jacket year round unless you're on the 88. But I think I'm the only one who finds the jacket looks professional the shirt looks Dwight Schrute like.
