Folks, couple of dumb questions - just been reading some other threads about American Eagle voting no to a TA.

Does that have any effect on other regionals, specifically SkyWest? I understand that it's a different company, but the flavor of those threads are that there will be industry-wide implications and ripples. What would those be?

Also, what's a MEC?
