Every legacy is in the beginning stages of hiring over 10,000 pilots each during this cycle (economic collapse, man made disasters, global warming/cooling or alien invasion notwithstanding) after a very long dry spell and massive bottleneck and so far they have each only called a few hundred out of countless thousands of well qualified resumes.

Even if your resume is stellar, you still mostly blend in with a very large crowd. You will very likely get multipile calls for interviews in the next 12 months. Keep your apps updated and network as best you can and stay current, and definately get professional interview prep and you will have an airline job before you know it. You'll probably even have a choice between at least two.
