If you had 19 years and 11 months at that point you never got the 5 th week. They have restored the 5 th week to all employees at 20 years. We never had the B scale.

Anyway, they aren't ever guaranteed anything from year to year and can have it taken away at any time. They have NO control over their raises, etc.
We do. I also think it provides a nice springboard to improve our vacation in 12 months when we open!!
