No argument from me about JK. That issue has been ongoing for years. It started getting very interested the last time I went through CQ, but not with the CQ class. It had more to do with new hires taking 20+ sim sessions and 80+ cycles of SOE (which by the way sounds exactly opposite of a training dept looking to boot people out of it). That would be frustrating to anyone in charge of it....
