I have seen it first hand and most CFI's struggle to drink from the fire hose and fry their brains on the oral questions being thrown at them and by the time its time for the sim they are overwhelmed and when you have 8 rides to master a jet i gurantee you its no walk in the park. Most tend to get through because they are good at what they do or they learned quickly. Cooperate and graduate is great in theory and i agree to have a good attitude and a willingness to learn but it only can take you so far.
