That SEC filing just says they are going to be late with their SEC forms and it does not mean they are bankrupt. I find it interesting the same filing mentions their Part 135 ticket as an existing approval, which is the first solid evidence I have seen they actually got it.
Well this is a fairly powerful statement:
Until the Company is able to re-staff qualified pilots, in sufficient quantity, it is expected that the Company will not have sufficient forecasted liquidity to service our existing debt obligations which raises substantial doubt on the Company’s ability to continue as a going concern.
