Here's a scenario for you guys writing in an in house union. What happens when there is a majority for representation but not which representation? We have a run off between in house and ALPA. Then what happens if the in house actually wins? We have nothing. Do you think JetBlue will keep even the Doctor they have on retainer while we pass around the collection basket? Doubt it. ALPA is 50,000+ members strong with money to help us negotiate. We will be withdrawing a lot more money from them, for at least the first two years, than we'll be giving in dues.
