Basically, one entity must have a simple majority. If any combination adds up to a simple majority, but none reach that level alone, there is a runoff.
So I'll respond to the previous guy this way. I was either voting "No," or "Yes, Other." Pick your poison. It's better to have a runoff than to keep the DR, correct?
Yeah it's better than a No vote. I just don't agree with the reasoning that brought you to your vote.
My opinion is even if you hate ALPA you can't argue with the fact that they bring much more to the table in terms of resources.
