At any rate, since you think the plaintiffs prevailed even though they didn't, then I am sure you think the west should save their money and not bother to appeal Silver's ORDER. Really, no need to go to the 9th for appeal. Right? Wrong. You cannot even understand simple concepts. I said the East won their argument. That is why now they are filing in DC. Judge Silver gave USAPA a warning that her ruling would apply to them with their dealings with APA. So tell us WHY did USAPA file in DC? I said the West had no need to appeal because this will be moot if/when APA becomes CBA. If USAPA goes away it will be a different case, involving APA. Again you are unable to understand a simple concept and certainly not complex issues like legal liability.

The West is peddling/buying $675 ties when the litigation is over. What gives? I have no knowledge of all this tie talk. I don't support any group- East, West or APA. I do find the conflict interesting from a legal standpoint.
