Please be advised that the Cockpit Access Security System (CASS) and Known Crew Member (KCM) systems are inoperative, due to Delta internal server issues. In addition, the Delta VRU line is also inoperative, and the Chief Pilot Support Center is also unable to book the jump seat.

We are following this issue closely, have been informed that the system should be up shortly, and will keep you informed of any further developments.
