I would rather contribute $10,000 of my own money to JBPA than have ALPA.
That being said, I will support them if/when elected. We need a CBA, and I'll welcome a CBA however we get it. I may even volunteer for the union, but that will depend highly on who gets into office at JetBlue.
There's no effing way I would've chosen to abstain from the vote. I have an opinion, and I have the right to express it, just as you do. I know abstaining helps express your particular position, but it does so at the detriment to mine.
In any case, I've already voted. If there's a runoff, I welcome it. My vote will be the same.

Great post Southerner. Anyone who does not respect his opinion and his voice, please stay out of our MEC/Leadership after the vote. We need a lot of things fixed and improved for the pilots that WANT a career at JetBlue. If all u have to say is negative 100% of the time. I personally don't have time for you. I kindly wish u to leave and take your negative attitude somewhere else. Life is too short. We have work to do and people like Southerner have a lot to offer to make this place better for all of us.
