I would argue this has helped other airlines share in a new profit center which helps make an industry with a very poor track record of profitability somewhat profitable now. I can't stand it when pilots who have been around a long time criticize someone up and coming who takes the best job possible in a workforce that has been sold out through relaxing scope and b scales while protecting the "me, me, me" crowd that happily sells out the next generation.
