Yes, they would. Look at Bedford's letter where he stated he was happy that XJT and AE rejected their contracts (so that RAH could swoop in and take the flying.) I can see JA taking that chance. SKYW isn't unionized anyway, and the future at the other carriers is now uncertain. SKYW goal is to be the last man standing in the knife fight; this is a way to do it.
