The purpose I believe of the recent 1 year agreement was so that management and SAPA could see the fallout of all the other concessionary votes and then come to the table for a real solid agreement. I don't think there's going to be any real pay gains in a new agreement but perhaps some solid gains in work rules and other items that make it an attractive package. The pilot group as a whole at SkyWest is fairly happy, Jerry and Chip aren't about to upset them by offering up concessions. SkyWest has many ways it can cut costs and save money... ie: mothball ExpressJet.
