top of what the furlough list. you all understand airline cycles. once the economy takes a hit the airlines dump excess baggage. you all better hope for nothing short of two full years of hiring after you get your mainline job because that is the only way to guarantee not being furloughed, but back to reserve and commute.

Retirements will help prevent any furloughs, as well as mainline airlines getting many things in check, such as capacity.
