Your comments make zero sense. If you are trying to shake up the group a little, it's not going to work. Unfortunately when unionized labor gains some momentum and starts to bring this profession back to what it should have been, you may be reassessing your place in the industry.
Your perceptions of "Skywest Airlines" are a bit off. No one cares about what is going on over there. It's a freaking regional airline with excess koolaid chugging. One day you'll see. Then again, you might actually be that thick headed. In which case you are in the perfect place for that.
