Go back in 6 months and they'll hire you. They like it when people come back and try again. I know a couple people who did this. But if you get a job at another regional then screw skw. Seniority is king.
I do have an offer from one and interviews from 2 more but everything except SKW will a commute from Norcal to at least ORD or HOU or even further east..
And that's the real dilemma here, should I wait 3-6 months and try again or should I join the class for the offer that I have..
Tough choice between a really bad commute or lose 6 months seniority..
But everyday that passes, reduces the disappointment and makes me accept the reality that SKW is gone, it's time to move on..
